Rental Rates

Pricing Per Night in U.S. Dollars

• Holiday: $300 (Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, Spring Break)
• Average Price: $250 per night
• Low Times: $225 per night

Additional Information About Rental Rates

• Cleaning: $200 + tax
• Tax Rate: 13.5%
• Pool/Spa Heat: $25 per night + tax, Optional

$500 damage deposit will be required the week of check-in as I need you to fill out a credit card form and I put a hold on your Credit card until the Property is cleared as OK after cleaning. I then release the hold.

Owner’s Cancellation Policy

100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in

50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in

No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before check-in
